systems. We want you to succeed —and the
only way we will succeed is through your success. For you to succeed your staff needs to know
how to use our systems. And when things
don’t go smoothly, you need help and that is what we are here for.
We have a separate support web
site, for client use only. This web site
documents solutions to some of the typical kinds of problems that users
sometimes find themselves. The support web
site contains all of the same tools we use ourselves when solving
problems. Clients who like resolve
problems on their own and who have sufficient expertise, use the solutions
prescribed on the web site to resolve questions they run into.
We maintain typical office hours of
8:00 AM until 5:00 PM Eastern Time, but when there is an emergency that is
costing money and cannot wait, clients are encouraged to call our support team
leader’s cell phone or even their residence phone.
