The Prioritized, On-Line Dispatch Board shows the status

of every document that needs to be sent to every Drayage

Carrier and Railroad — whether via EDI or FAX.

Just a mouse click and the Rail Billing, Pick-up Confirmation or Delivery Pre-note is sent to its intended recipient by the Communications Sub-System.

CLM & EDI Tracing

Once the “Rail Billing” is sent, the system automatically begins collecting Tracing Records on a regular and frequent basis. Meanwhile, Trace Records are matched up and displayed on the Dispatch Board.
