Dispatching

Orders received via EDI automatically show in the Prioritized On-Line Dispatch Board along with the manually entered orders. The Board tracks all active loads, All un-terminated equipment and all working drivers. Status and Priority of each load shows with available loads identified at the top

Free Time & Storage Time

Free Time and Storage Time are continuously monitored against the appropriate governing rules. Dispatchers see loads whose Storage Time or Free Time is has expired or is soon to expire,helping them identify priorities and avoid unnecessary detention charges.

Document Moves

Assign drivers to loads and the move is automatically rated. As drivers complete moves or drop equipment, orders are easily updated, maintaining the status of the load, documenting the equipment location and maintaining the Free Time clock until the equipment is returned.
